IMG, based in Stamford, CT, seeks a Production Coordinator for a fast-paced, high-profile sports production environment. You will drive planning, logistics, and shoots with a seasoned production team, ensuring seamless execution across in-office, remote hub, and on-site operations.

The role requires strong organization, proactive communication, and the ability to manage complex schedules and budgets while coordinating with Legal, HR, Finance, Immigration, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Production Coordinator role, including international projects.
• Experience supporting production budgets and cost management.
• Knowledge of production and post-production workflows.
• Understanding of archive and music clearance processes.
• Experience with clients and on-screen talent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide key production coordination support across the production, working closely with the Production Management team to ensure the smooth running of the production in the office, remote hub, and onsite.
• Organize shoots and onsite bookings, including arranging clearances, film permits, and related logistics such as transport, accommodation, and catering.
• Book and coordinate crew, including onboarding, scheduling, and creating Work Orders via the payment portal.
• Liaise with third-party suppliers and process invoices as required.
• Liaise with internal departments to assist with securing visas and work permits when required.
• Create and distribute detailed call sheets and risk assessments, acting as a key point of contact for crew.
