NBCUniversal is seeking a Freelance Production Coordinator for NBC Sports in Stamford, CT. This full-time, project-based role supports remote and studio production with a hybrid schedule requiring in-office presence.

Reporting to the VP Golf Operations, you will handle travel logistics, crew coordination, budgeting, and cross-team collaboration across broadcast partners. Duration is 6-12 months, with pay between $20 and $26 per hour and a four-day-per-week hybrid requirement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum two years’ experience in television/film production.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Working knowledge of Excel and Smartsheets.
• Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to work overtime, and on nights and weekends as needed.
• Must be willing to physically work out of Stamford CT Broadcast Facility.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsabilidades

• Support Production and Operations personnel during every phase of production in both remotely and in studio.
• Occasional oversight of daily hire personnel for Production/Timecard Submission.
• Ability to navigate internal databases and documents regarding broadcast schedules, crewing and personnel.
• Assist in reconciling the remote event’s budget in partnership with the onsite Production Manager.
• Responsible for all aspects of travel logistics for Talent, Production and Crew (Air, Hotel, Ground Transportation).
• Work with internal partners and vendors regarding Remote and Studio Logistics: Crewing, Scheduling Team, HR, Building Admin (seating), IT, event catering, cleaning schedules, etc.
• Must be fiscally responsible in managing purchase cards and budgets of assigned sporting events.
• Coordinate with internal partners & various broadcast partners, regarding show deliverables and logistics.
• Provide support with administrative duties as needed.
