Amazon AWS is seeking a Sponsorship Program Manager to own the operational excellence and delivery of the Global Sponsorship Program across Summit, Field, and Industry events. You will manage a multi-million-dollar sponsorship portfolio for learning events, overseeing end-to-end enablement, benefits delivery, and financial stewardship with partners.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end post-sale operational execution, including project management oversight of all sponsorship program elements
• Lead operational execution of all sponsor benefits, including booth builds, sponsor pavilions, access management, tool benefits implementation, and deliverable tracking
• Create and implement scalable processes for tracking and reporting workback schedules
• Drive onsite preparation and execution across all sponsored elements
• Serve as primary sponsorship Enablement stakeholder in strategic planning meetings
• Own sponsorship budget reporting and reconciliation with agency partners
• Own pre-event invoicing management and post-event reconciliation / collections in coordination with accounts receivable
• Develop and maintain comprehensive tracking mechanisms for all operational program elements
• Create and deliver regular progress reports to account management stakeholders
• Partner with internal stakeholders to conduct discovery and implementation of sponsor benefits
• Oversee agency execution across multiple workstreams including project management and timeline adherence, booth construction and sponsor pavilion management, content submissions
• Partner with central Sponsorship Operations Enablement team associated with Exhibitor Resource Center construction, tool management, and lead reporting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal teams and external partners
• Own sponsorship alias management and escalations, ensuring SLAs are met and tooling optimized
• Review weekly communications and enablement materials including documentation sent to sponsors
• Build a calendar of resource hub articles to support sponsor enablement and assigns ownerships to key contributors
