Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Sponsorship Program Manager to own the Global Sponsorship Program across Summit, Field, and Industry events. You will manage a multi-million-dollar sponsorship portfolio, drive end-to-end enablement, ensure benefits delivery, and oversee financials with partner collaboration.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely sponsorship execution, floorplan strategy, and scalable processes for reporting and governance across events.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
• Experience producing marketing promotional material for Owned & Operated channels.
• Experience in brand identity and voice development.
• Experience creating brand marketing content.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic sponsorship program execution and enablement.
• Lead relationships with event agencies to ensure timely delivery of sponsorship deliverables.
• Drive floorplan strategy in partnership with Global Events.
• Manage post-sale operational execution and sponsor benefits delivery.
• Develop and maintain tracking and reporting for program elements.
