Job summary

Five Rivers Analytics in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Program Manager to lead the GEODSS O&M contract in support of SDA mission for the U.S. Space Force.

This role acts as the primary point of accountability for performance, cost, schedule, and customer satisfaction across a global, 24/7 operation. The successful candidate will oversee dispersed teams, manage budgets and risk, ensure compliance with DoD instructions, and collaborate with Space Force leadership to maintain mission readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 8–12 years of progressively responsible PM experience in DoD, aerospace, defense, or space operations.
• Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience with Space Domain Awareness (SDA) or space surveillance.
• Strong knowledge of DoD acquisition and sustainment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract performance across cost, schedule, and quality.
• Oversee 24/7/365 global GEODSS operations and maintenance.
• Coordinate with DoD and Space Force leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure mission readiness and regulatory compliance including TOs and cybersecurity.
• Manage budgets, funding, and EVM reporting.
• Mentor and develop remote teams.
