Job summary

Cayuse Holdings, LLC seeks a Program Manager to lead O&M across globally dispersed sites including Maui, HI, Socorro, NM, and Diego Garcia. You will own cost/schedule performance, staffing, quality, and security, working with internal leaders and external partners to meet mission objectives.

The role requires Top Secret/SCI clearance, 10+ years in technical services or O&M, and multi-site program leadership. Exceptional communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, program management, space operations or related field preferred.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Equivalent senior military or defense PM experience may count toward requirements.
• 10+ years progressively responsible experience in technical services or O&M missions.
• 5+ years managing geographically dispersed, classified, multi-site programs or 24/7 mission-critical environments.
• Top Secret/SCI clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: lead contract operations and ensure objectives across cost, schedule, staffing, quality, and security.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: primary contact with internal leadership and external partners.
• Operational Oversight: manage transition planning, staffing, subcontractors, risk mitigation, PMRs.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance: ensure documentation meets standards.
• Staffing and Training: cross-training and succession planning.
• Emergency Support: after-hours support for incidents and mission-critical events.
