Job summary

Five Rivers Analytics (FRA), an Akima company, seeks a Program Manager to lead the MD 31 Training Support task order in Colorado Springs, CO. You will serve as the single point of contact and oversee training administration, curriculum development, and program surge activities across PNT, SCN, Cyberspace and Intelligence units.

Responsibilities include contract performance, deliverable quality, and customer satisfaction, with close coordination to U.S. Space Force leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Education, Military/Defense Studies, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of progressively responsible program management experience for DoD or federal contracts.
• Experience leading multi-functional teams delivering training, admin, or curriculum support.
• Knowledge of FAR/DARS contract administration and deliverable management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer engagement skills.
• Active SECRET security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single Contractor point of contact for the MD 31 task order and lead Training Assistance, HQ Support, program surge, and Training Development.
• Develop performance objectives and continuous improvements across the task order.
• Mentor and develop task order staff and manage staffing and security clearance currency.
• Oversee deliverables, phase-in/out planning, and transition activities.
• Ensure compliance with security, OPSEC, and CUI handling requirements.
