Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation seeks a Senior Supply Chain Specialist to lead global sourcing for direct materials for new product development and sourcing projects. You will collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Quality, and Manufacturing to optimize supplier performance and total cost of ownership.

The role requires cross-functional leadership, negotiation skills, and data-driven decision making, with travel up to 25% globally.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS in business, supply chain, operations management, engineering or finance; Master’s Degree & CPSM preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a sourcing role with low cost country sourcing experience
• Experience building Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and creating tools to analyze responses
• Proven success in change management and stretch environments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data visualization tools such as Tableau/Power BI
• Strong problem solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, domestically and internationally

Aufgaben

• Lead global sourcing initiatives for direct material and NPD related items
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing, and supply teams
• Develop supplier relationships and manage spend and performance analytics
• Drive cost savings and total cost of ownership improvements
• Prepare RFQ/RFP processes, evaluate bids and negotiate contracts
• Ensure on-time delivery and supplier performance aligned with project timelines
• Travel as required (up to 25%)
