Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation in the United States is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Specialist. You will lead cross‑functional sourcing activities, identify and qualify suppliers for direct materials for New Product Development, and execute global sourcing projects with Engineering, Finance, Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing and Customer Service teams.

You will manage supplier relationships, spend analytics and drive cost savings while ensuring on‑time delivery and compliant sourcing

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS degree in business, supply chain, operations management, engineering or finance; Master’s Degree & CPSM preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a sourcing role with low cost country sourcing experience.
• Experience building RFPs and creating tools to analyze responses.
• Proven success in a change management and “stretch” environment.
• Strong MS Office skills; Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Tableau/Power BI preferred.
• Excellent problem solving, strategic thinking and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, domestic and international.

Aufgaben

• Lead cross-functional teams for sourcing activities; collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing and Sourcing teams.
• Ideate, plan and implement multiple sourcing and re-sourcing projects for domestic and international suppliers.
• Manage supplier relationships, spend and performance analytics; drive cost savings initiatives.
• Prepare RFps/RFQs and lead supplier selection, evaluate bids and negotiate contracts.
• Publish monthly commodity metrics and recommend action plans to drive continuous improvement.
