Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in sourcing, category management, or supply chain in manufacturing or industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes category strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Manages multi-year supplier relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Leads sourcing initiatives including RFPs/RFQs and contract negotiations.
• Drives spend analysis and cost savings pipelines to meet financial targets.
• Analyzes market trends to inform sourcing strategies and mitigate risk.
• Provides leadership to sourcing and project teams for initiative execution.
• Identifies process improvements to drive efficiency and innovation.
• Tracks KPIs and category performance for leadership reviews.
