Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Specialist to lead strategic sourcing for direct materials related to New Product Development and other projects. You will collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing, and global teams to execute sourcing tasks on schedule and drive cost savings.

You will manage supplier relationships, spend analytics, and supplier performance, while developing global implementation plans and negotiating

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, supply chain, engineering or finance (Master’s and CPSM preferred).
• 5+ years in a sourcing role with low-cost country sourcing experience.
• Experience building RFPs and analysis tools.
• Proven success in a change management and “stretch” environment.
• Strong MS Office skills; Tableau/Power BI preferred.
• Excellent problem solving, strategic thinking, and communication/presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional sourcing teams to meet project timelines.
• Source commodities and develop global plans to optimize total cost.
• Negotiate and draft supply agreements with domestic and international suppliers.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance analytics.
• Collaborate on RFPs/RFQs and supplier selection.
• Analyze market trends and spend data to drive savings.
