Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation seeks a Senior Specialist, Supply Chain to lead global sourcing and supplier qualification for direct materials tied to New Product Development. You’ll partner with Engineering, Finance, Quality and Manufacturing to deliver on-time results.

You will develop supplier strategies, manage spend analytics, and drive cost-saving initiatives across domestic and international suppliers while coordinating cross-functional teams to meet project timelines.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS in business, supply chain, operations management, engineering or finance.
• Master's Degree & CPSM preferred.
• 5+ years of sourcing experience; low-cost country sourcing.
• Experience building RFPs and analyzing responses.
• Strong negotiation and contract experience.
• Proven change management and cross-functional leadership.

Aufgaben

• Lead cross-functional sourcing teams with Engineering, Finance, Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing and Customer Service.
• Source commodities and develop global plans to optimize total cost while mitigating risk.
• Negotiate and draft supply agreements for domestic and international suppliers.
• Evaluate supplier capabilities, risks, and performance; drive cost-savings initiatives.
• Collaborate on RFPs/RFQs and supplier selection processes; manage relationships.
