Job summary

HYTORC in Mahwah, NJ is seeking a Global Sourcing Manager to lead international procurement, process development, and supplier strategy. You will document standardized processes, manage global supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive cost savings while aligning with HYTORC directives. Occasional travel to supplier facilities and cross-functional leadership are required. A strong background in procurement, ERP systems, and logistics is essential.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in supply chain, logistics or business.
• 10+ years of relevant escalating career experience in supply chain, logistics or business.
• 7+ years in a similar role, preferably in industrial engineering and manufacturing.
• Mastery of standard procurement, inventory management and demand planning best practices.
• Experience building stakeholder relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• High proficiency in logistics methods and import/customs procedures.

Responsibilities

• Document, drive and implement standardized procurement processes across HYTORC International offices.
• Lead supplier qualification, onboarding, and rationalization projects.
• Build and manage supplier relationships and negotiate costs.
• Issue RFQs, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts.
• Review and approve international contracts with support from legal and admin.
• Lead cross-functional teams for supplier certification and alignment with objectives.
• Support audits, ISO standards, and environmental policies.
• Travel to vendor facilities to assess capacity and cost-saving opportunities.
