Job summary

CentroMotion is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to support global and regional procurement activities, drive cost reductions, and improve supply chain metrics. You will work with engineering, sales, operations and quality teams to execute sourcing projects and ensure timely, compliant supplier contracts.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field, five years of sourcing experience, and travel up to 25% domestically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field is required.
• CPIM or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of procurement category management and cost reduction is expected.
• Willingness to travel ~25% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Support global and regional sourcing across procurement categories.
• Assist supplier development and cost-reduction projects.
• Contribute to supplier audits, contract drafting, and value analysis.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and scorecards.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, operations, and quality teams on sourcing strategies.
• Lead analysis, projects and actions to improve total cost, terms, freight, and inventory.
• Review global commodity indexes and macro trends to ensure continuity of supply.
