Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of progressive global sourcing, product design, and medical product launches.
• Experience sourcing healthcare consumables, PPE, surgical tools, or operating room products.
• Proven track record in supplier evaluation, factory audits, and direct pricing negotiations.
• Advanced analytical skills with a history of delivering product initiatives on time.
• Willingness to travel internationally to manufacturing facilities and events.

Responsabilidades

• Market & geopolitical analysis to align supply strategies with goals.
• Supplier selection, development, and qualification across global regions.
• Lead competitive pricing and contract negotiations while ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Build supplier relationship management frameworks to monitor metrics.
• Travel internationally for factory visits, audits, and conferences.
• Plan and execute global new product development initiatives across medical supplies and devices.
• Evaluate product design, regulatory requirements, and market positioning.
• Maintain technical docs, specs, and quality test records for compliance.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Marketing and Sales for rollouts.
