Job summary

Mitsubishi Power is seeking a Global Sourcing Specialist II based in Savannah, GA. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or university; 3 years procurement in power generation or 8 years total experience.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP; ability to read and interpret engineering documents.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source materials and services for facility operations.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts for cost-effective procurement.
• Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers; monitor performance and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations to ensure adequate inventory and forecast demand.
• Conduct supplier audits and align with company standards.
