Job summary

Mitsubishi Power is seeking a Global Sourcing Manager to lead a team delivering on-time procurement of materials, equipment, and services for power generation. The role focuses on supplier relationships, cost improvements, and process standardization, with travel up to 20%. The position is onsite at our Orlando office.

Ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 8 years in Supply Chain with leadership experience; SAP/Ariba proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field required.
• Minimum 8 years of Supply Chain Management experience.
• Minimum 1 year of demonstrated leadership experience leading high-performing teams.
• Strong change management and organizational leadership capabilities.
• Experience with SAP and Ariba systems; proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for procuring materials and services for field service, LTSA, turbines, and related systems.
• Develop and implement standardized sourcing processes and best practices.
• Drive supplier qualification activities and evaluate performance against contracts and projects.
• Manage budgets and resources for the department and communicate with management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve on-time delivery, quality, and cost performance.
• Travel up to 20% to support suppliers and sites as needed.
