Job summary

General Motors seeks a Global Sourcing Manager to lead procurement for materials, services and tooling. You will drive commodity strategies, partner with suppliers, and collaborate with internal teams to execute negotiations and budgets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in purchasing, supply chain, program/product management, logistics, or product development.
• Ability to analyze data, communicate effectively, and manage cross-functional relationships.
• Emerging understanding of processes and willingness to learn and apply knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sourcing pipeline, benchmark data, and budget tracking.
• Lead sourcing strategy, RFQ components, and supplier performance reviews.
• Coordinate term sheets, T's & C's, and SOR compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive supplier negotiations.
• Support supplier relationship management and mitigate supply disruptions.
