Qualifications

• Experience sourcing capital equipment or industrial categories at scale.
• Proven ability to build supplier redundancy that holds under pressure.
• Experience closing large supplier deals and managing supplier risk.

Responsibilities

• Own global sourcing for manufacturing facilities: equipment, fit-out, and services that stand up and run our factories.
• Negotiate supplier agreements across capital equipment, MRO, and facility services with lead times tied to production ramp.
• Qualify and dual-source critical categories so no single supplier can stall the factory.
• Drive total cost, not just price: freight, spares, uptime, and terms.
