Qualifications

• Experience building spare parts or MRO sourcing programs for capital equipment where downtime carried a real cost.
• Experience qualifying and dual-sourcing suppliers across multiple equipment categories.
• Ability to negotiate consignment, vendor-managed inventory, or stocking agreements.
• Ability to tie spares inventory decisions to failure data and lead times.

Responsibilities

• Build the global spares sourcing program for datacenter equipment across a fleet scaling to tens of gigawatts.
• Qualify and dual-source spare parts suppliers across critical equipment categories.
• Negotiate pricing and lead-time commitments; set stocking terms to keep replacements on site.
• Set stocking strategy across sites and regional depots to avoid idle compute.
• Forecast spares demand with reliability and maintenance teams and keep catalog up to date.
