Job summary

Botrista in Hoboken, NJ, seeks a Global Sourcing Procurement Manager to optimize the company’s end-to-end supply chain across Asia, North America and other key markets. You will provide strategic support in sourcing, procurement, production planning and logistics to ensure timely operations and strong stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities include negotiating with suppliers, aligning global strategies with corporate goals, and leading cross-functional teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of global procurement experience, with 1 year in a managerial role.
• Experience managing US and Asia supply chains, including supplier management and logistics coordination.
• Hands-on knowledge of syrup and puree development and mass production packaging.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end global supply chain across Asia, North America and international regions.
• Lead strategic sourcing and supplier management to ensure cost-effective, high-quality materials.
• Coordinate with R&D, Quality, Finance and Operations to support product development and manufacturing.
• Drive global process improvements to eliminate bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
