Regal Rexnord is seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager for Mechanical Components at our Milwaukee HQ or Rosemont, IL location. This role leads global sourcing of machined, stamped, and cast components, partnering with product leadership, operations, and regional teams to drive value and resilience.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in industrial procurement, deep machining knowledge, and proven global sourcing success in a matrixed organization. Hybrid work model with up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment in a strategic Procurement or Supply Chain role.
• Proven experience developing and executing global sourcing strategies.
• Strong technical expertise in machining processes including milling, turning, grinding, metal forming, and gear cutting with deep understanding of inputs for machined and stamped components.

Responsibilities

• Develop talent and strengthen organizational capability for strategically managing machined categories by coaching, mentoring, and upskilling team members to support effective category strategy and execution.
• Plans, organizes, directs, and communicates all strategic sourcing activities for assigned commodities and services, collaborating with cross‑functional partners in supply chain, engineering, technical support, and operations.
• Conducts brainstorming and problem‑solving sessions to identify strategic opportunities and prioritize deployment of cost‑saving initiatives.
• Provides oversight and direction to sourcing and project managers to ensure effective deployment of strategic projects.
• Collaborates with global and regional supply teams to identify, assess, and qualify strategic suppliers that align with category and business objectives.
• Leads comprehensive spend analysis, developing countermeasures for projects that fall short of plan and making data‑driven decisions to resolve issues and ensure targets are met.
• Develops and delivers category strategies that advance strategic sourcing initiatives, drive cost savings, and support long‑term value creation.
