Regal Rexnord is seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager – Mechanical Components to lead a global team and own strategic sourcing for machined, stamped, and cast components. You will shape category strategy, align with product leadership and operations, and drive value and resilience across supply chains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment in strategic procurement or supply chain.
• Proven experience developing and executing global sourcing strategies.
• Strong technical expertise in machining processes including milling, turning, grinding, metal forming, and gear cutting.
• Proven experience operating within a matrixed organization and managing global categories.
• Experience negotiating external machining processes and driving supplier development with measurable performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develops talent and strengthens organizational capability for strategically managing machined categories by coaching, mentoring, and upskilling team members.
• Plans, organizes, directs, and communicates all strategic sourcing activities for assigned commodities and services with cross‑functional partners.
• Conducts brainstorming and problem‑solving sessions at facilities with cross‑functional groups to identify opportunities and deploy cost‑saving initiatives.
• Oversees sourcing and project managers to ensure effective deployment of strategic projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborates with global and regional supply teams to identify and qualify strategic suppliers aligned with category and business objectives.
• Partners with global facilities to build regional/global material cost‑savings funnels aligned with corporate strategies and financial targets.
• Leads spend analysis, develops countermeasures for projects not meeting plan and makes data‑driven decisions to resolve issues.
• Develops and delivers category strategies that advance strategic sourcing initiatives and long‑term value creation.
• Identifies internal/external process improvements to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Prepares RFPs with Regal Rexnord business segments and oversees supplier screening and selection.
