Job summary

Regal Rexnord seeks a Global Category Manager Expert for Machined Components to lead a global category across our worldwide supply base. You will partner with engineering, operations, and regional sourcing to unlock cost savings and improve supplier performance.

You will shape sourcing strategies, negotiate complex machining contracts, and build category frameworks that support scalability and sustainability, working in a matrixed environment to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Supply Chain, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
• Strong global sourcing experience and strategic procurement across manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and communicates strategic sourcing activities for machined components.
• Leads global supplier qualification and category strategies to achieve cost savings and reliability.
• Negotiates and manages machining contracts, payment terms and delivery schedules.
• Develops supplier development programs and regional/global cost-savings funnels.
• Drives spend analysis, KPI reporting, and strategic project deployment across regions.
