Job summary

You will build supplier partnerships, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement while guiding a sourcing team. The role requires negotiating contracts, monitoring performance with KPIs, and collaborating with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Logistics to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of sourcing or procurement experience, including domestic and international supplier management.
• 1–3 years’ supervisory or people management experience preferred.
• Experience negotiating supplier contracts and managing strategic supplier relationships in global markets.
• Knowledge of global sourcing practices, trade regulations, tariffs, and risk management.
• Experience with new product development, supplier qualification, and CAPEX sourcing.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and sourcing/procurement software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement domestic and global sourcing strategies to optimize quality, delivery, cost, and performance.
• Identify, evaluate, qualify, and develop new suppliers in domestic and international markets.
• Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships focusing on risk management and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead supplier negotiations, including pricing, contracts, terms, and CAPEX initiatives.
• Monitor supplier performance via KPIs and scorecards; drive corrective actions and improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define material, quality, and performance requirements.
