Job summary

Avtron Power Solutions, LLC is seeking a Sourcing Manager to join its Global Sourcing team in Valley View, OH. The role focuses on developing sourcing strategies for new product development and local sourcing to align with broader supply chain goals.

You will partner with Engineering, Operations, Project Management, and Product Management to influence design decisions, negotiate cost, and ensure supply chain readiness from concept to production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in engineering or manufacturing, focusing on procurement, sourcing and operations.
• 3+ years of team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute sourcing strategies for new product development and local sourcing initiatives.
• Act as primary supply chain leader within cross-functional project teams.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing activities including RFQ development, supplier selection, negotiations and contract execution.
• Oversee the supply chain lifecycle from concept through FAI approval and production launch.
