Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Strategic Sourcing professional to oversee global sourcing in designated categories. You will drive best-cost, best-quality, and best-execution sourcing programs, working closely with Buyers, Planners, Imports, Logistics, Vendors, QA, and Merchants.

The role emphasizes supplier onboarding, negotiations, and managing the bid/rebid process, with up to 20% travel, and a focus on cost reduction and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in sourcing/product development.
• Bachelor degree in sourcing related field or relevant experience equivalent
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Buyers, Planners, Imports, Logistics, Vendors, QA, Merchants.
• Ability to manage supplier onboarding and vendor setup.
• Strong understanding of cost, quality, and timely execution in global sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Development by finding best value factories.
• Ensure impeccable execution of imports and domestic sourcing.
• Lead the program from production planning through delivery.
• Track improvements in cost, quality, and lead times.
• Develop expertise in internal and external systems for strategic sourcing.
