ASP Global is seeking a Director, Global Sourcing to lead the expansion of direct and indirect sourcing in the US and China. This role builds category strategies, drives savings, and establishes global sourcing capabilities from the ground up.

Based in Austell, GA, with periodic international travel to support supplier negotiations and category development. The Director will oversee a US-based Sourcing Specialist and a China-based Sourcing Manager, aligning category plans with business

Qualifications

• Experience leading global/direct and indirect sourcing programs.
• Track record of delivering cost savings across categories.
• Ability to build and scale sourcing capability in new regions (US/China).

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive ASP Global's global sourcing strategy across direct and indirect categories.
• Lead RFx processes, cost/market analyses, negotiations, and supplier selection.
• Build and institutionalize sourcing tools, templates, and playbooks.
• Coach and manage US-based and China-based sourcing teams; travel to China for negotiations and engagement.
• Track and report KPI progress to senior leadership and ensure regulatory compliance.
