Job summary

BOND is building a next-generation aviation company and seeking a Global Sourcing & Recovery Specialist to own the supply side of our charter business. You will source wholesale capacity from third-party operators worldwide and develop a robust operator network while protecting margin, safety, and reputation.

Ideal candidates have established international operator relationships, strong negotiation skills, and deep knowledge of cross-border flight operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in aircraft charter brokerage or wholesale aviation sourcing.
• Established relationships with international operators outside the U.S.
• Experience negotiating wholesale rates or block-hour terms.
• Knowledge of international flight operations and regulatory considerations.
• Familiarity with charter safety vetting standards (ARGUS, Wyvern, IS-BAO).

Responsibilities

• Build a global network of vetted third-party operators for access to wholesale capacity.
• Prioritize relationships with international operators across regions (EMEA, APAC, LATAM, ME).
• Negotiate wholesale rates, block-hour agreements, and operator terms.
• Source aircraft in real time for incoming trip requests and match to requirements.
• Coordinate with Account Management, OCC, and operators to confirm availability and terms.
• Conduct safety and quality vetting of prospective operators per BOND standards.
• Track sourcing KPIs including fill rate, margin per brokered trip, and response time.
