• Experience with OCC, pilots, and maintenance teams in private aviation.
• Proven track record in retaining client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-net-worth and corporate member relationships.
• Coordinate trip management with operational teams.
• Handle complex situations like mechanical issues and delays.
• Monitor KPIs and address performance gaps.
• Refine training frameworks with VP of Account Management.
