Job summary

Bond OpCo, LLC is seeking a Global Sourcing & Recovery Specialist to own the supply side of our private charter business. You will build a global operator network, negotiate wholesale terms, and source aircraft in real time to match trip requests while upholding safety and margin.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in charter sourcing, established international operator relationships, and strong negotiation skills, with CRM proficiency and a focus on cross-border flight operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in aircraft charter brokerage, wholesale aviation sourcing, or aircraft sales.
• Established network of international operators outside the U.S. preferred.
• Experience negotiating wholesale rates or block-hour terms with operators.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a global network of vetted third-party operators.
• Negotiate wholesale rates and terms to secure competitive pricing.
• Source aircraft in real time matching mission requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to confirm availability before commitments.
• Conduct safety and quality vetting per BOND standards.
• Track sourcing KPIs such as fill rate and margin.
