Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, MI seeks an experienced procurement leader to drive strategic sourcing for engine castings and components across North America and Europe. You will shape supplier partnerships, manage negotiations, and drive cost reduction while aligning with product development for BEV/ICE strategies.

Role requires 3+ years in automotive procurement, travel, and a hybrid work arrangement. The position emphasizes collaboration and delivering on program targets with global supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years of direct automotive procurement and supply chain experience.
• Travel as required to supply partners.
• Hybrid work availability: 4 days in Dearborn, 1 day remote optional.

Responsabilités

• Develop sourcing plans enabling commercial negotiations and strategic sourcing to support supplier onboarding and program targets.
• Lead sign-off process with match-pairs, prepare RFQs, evaluate supplier quotations and finalize Commercial Agreements.
• Lead QCDR processes to deliver annual objectives for commodity suppliers.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier partnerships and drive cost reduction strategies.
• Manage category strategy across regions with annual updates; identify suppliers for quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Complete upcoming sourcing decisions and work with new suppliers on industrialization plans.
