Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Global Lead for engine castings and components to drive strategic sourcing across North America and Europe. You will co-lead commodity strategies with Product Development, deploy cost targets, and lead supplier negotiations to meet program goals.

You will build strong supplier partnerships, manage cost, delivery and quality across regions, and identify opportunities to improve value while supporting Ford’s ICE to BEV transition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years of direct automotive procurement and supply chain experience.
• Travel as required to supply partners.
• Ability to lead process improvements across regions.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing plans to support commercial negotiations and program targets.
• Lead supplier negotiations and sign-off RFQs.
• Oversee cost, delivery, and quality objectives across regions.
• Collaborate with Product Development to understand cost drivers.
• Close commercial issues timely to protect plant build objectives.
