Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or Engineering
• Strong negotiation and analytical abilities
• Experience in cross-functional teamwork and leadership
• Proficiency with MS Office and data analysis tools

Responsibilities

• Establish/strengthen global supplier relationships and influence supplier roadmaps
• Understand upcoming program sourcing and key milestones for launches
• Lead process to source on time and meet program targets with PD collaboration
• Drive Best Cost at J1 through initial sourcing and design changes
• Lead design competitions and market tests
• Provide feedback on cost position to build long-term supplier relationships
• Support Program Workshops to achieve competitive pricing
• Manage supplier risk, quality and cost issues with mitigation plans
• Co-lead commodity strategies and ICE to BEV migration deployment
