You will shape category strategies, manage supplier relationships, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet program targets.

The role offers a hybrid work model (4 days in Dearborn, 1 day remote), travel to supplier sites as needed, and the chance to influence sourcing decisions at a global scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or Engineering.
• 3+ years of procurement and supply chain experience.
• Ability to travel to supply partners.
• Hybrid work model: 4 days in Dearborn, 1 day remote.
• Leadership and process-improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing plans and lead commercial negotiations.
• Lead RFQ processes, supplier quotes, and commercial agreements.
• Manage QCDR reviews and drive cost-reduction strategies.
• Build strong supplier partnerships and regional category strategies.
• Communicate strategy to Executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
