Job summary

Q-CTRL is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist to act as a global expert in passive candidate discovery, talent mapping, and market insights. You will proactively identify and engage top-tier talent for complex roles across software engineering and deep tech, building sustainable talent communities.

Reporting to the Talent Manager, you will partner with engineering and R&D teams, craft personalized outreach, and deliver hiring data to shape strategy.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of recruiting experience focusing on proactive sourcing.
• Experience as a 360 recruiter in a deep tech, startup environment.
• Proven experience in gathering market intelligence and hiring trends.
• Advanced expertise using modern sourcing toolsets: LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Google X-Ray/Boolean search.
• Proven track record of international hiring, identifying and engaging technical talent globally.
• Demonstrated ability to advise, influence, and partner with talent teams, leaders and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to building strategic sourcing capabilities, processes and delivery framework.
• Partner with software engineering, quantum computing, and quantum sensing teams to design and execute proactive sourcing strategies.
• Build and nurture active talent communities for core capabilities across global markets with emphasis on the US.
• Craft highly personalized outreach to convert passive global talent into active candidates.
• Map global talent pools and deliver actionable market insights and hiring trends to managers.
• Collaborate with talent teams and department leaders to align on role requirements and talent personas.
• Support employer branding opportunities and represent Q-CTRL at global conferences and events.
