Club Car LLC in Evans, GA is seeking an experienced procurement leader to manage global and regional commodities, engage with engineering, operations and quality, and drive supplier qualification and strategy. You will lead a team of Category Managers and execute sourcing projects to deliver cost and value improvements.

The role requires 7+ years in procurement/sourcing, strong negotiation and stakeholder management, and up to 30% travel.

Formación

• 7+ years in procurement/sourcing, consulting, buyer or analyst roles.
• Strong negotiating skills and ability to assess vendors.
• Indirect leadership experience and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Travel up to 30% is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of Category Managers.
• Manage global and/or regional commodity strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and quality to capture requirements and qualify suppliers.
• Develop and execute detailed commodity sourcing strategies.
• Drive negotiations, supplier selection and contract lifecycle management.
• Deliver commodity productivity through price negotiations and VA/VE or continuous improvement projects.
• Support SRM and regional NPD procurement through preferred supplier programs.
