Job summary

You will develop long-term commodity strategies, drive total cost of ownership improvements, and collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, and Product Management to support growth. The role requires extensive experience in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and cost reduction initiatives, with a strong analytical mindset and ERP proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of strategic sourcing, procurement, commodity management, or supply chain experience.
• Minimum 5 years managing global suppliers and international sourcing activities.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Experience driving measurable productivity and cost savings initiatives.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JDE.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global commodity strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage annual spend ranging from $12+ within assigned categories.
• Lead RFQ, RFP, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Negotiate global contracts, pricing agreements, terms and conditions, and supplier commitments.
• Deliver annual productivity targets and cost reduction objectives.
• Develop supplier scorecards and continuous improvement programs.
