Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CPA/CMA/CFA or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years progressive finance experience.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or manufacturing a plus.
• Experience supporting procurement finance and related analytics preferred.
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range plans for logistics operations.
• Deliver monthly variance analysis for transportation, warehousing, and fulfillment.
• Analyze unit economics by lane, customer, and facility.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close for logistics and related accruals.
• Ensure accurate cost allocation and balance sheet reconciliations per US GAAP.
• Audit carrier and freight invoices; manage freight audit and payments.
• Support negotiations with financial modeling and total cost analysis.
• Monitor variable costs and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Partner with Operations and IT on ERP integration and reporting automation.
• Perform ad hoc reporting and build leadership dashboards.
• Serve as finance partner to Procurement across spend categories.
• Develop commodity maps and track savings vs. plan.
• Own purchase price variance reporting and baseline reconciliation.
• Implement cost visibility reporting with supplier and part-level detail.
• Remap procure-to-pay processes and strengthen controls.
• Improve days payable outstanding while balancing supplier relations.
• Establish procurement KPIs and dashboards for spend and savings.
