Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related functions.
• 1–3 years experience in commodity management or sourcing categories.
• Strong project management capability with timely execution.
• Ability to evaluate processes and recommend improvements.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to enhance supply assurance.
• Lead cost containment and inflation forecasting for current and future years.
• Improve working capital with optimized payment terms, reduced inventory, and shorter lead times.
• Build capacity plans and regionalization roadmaps for all components within the commodity.
• Negotiate and execute supplier agreements that support objectives.
• Conduct electronic sourcing events (RFQs, e-auctions).
• Partner with Supplier Quality to improve supplier performance.
• Communicate strategy across the organization—lead meetings and present strategy.
