Job summary

SuperATV in Indiana seeks a Commodity Manager to lead sourcing across raw materials, components, and finished goods. You’ll develop commodity strategies, manage supplier relationships, monitor market trends, and drive cost, quality, and supply improvements to sustain growth.

The role requires strong negotiation, market analysis, supplier development experience, and global supply chain knowledge, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, project management, or engineering.
• Demonstrated experience leading supplier negotiations and supplier development initiatives.
• Ability to solve problems, be resourceful, and adapt to an ever-changing business environment.
• This position will manage multiple projects simultaneously and report via phone, Teams, Zoom, and other channels.
• Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned commodities, raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Lead supplier evaluations and audits to ensure compliance with quality and business requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, lead times, and long-term supply arrangements.
• Drive year-over-year cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and service expectations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Purchasing to support product development and sourcing decisions.
• Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation, process improvements, and risk mitigation.
