Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in sourcing, procurement, or global supply chain.
• Experience with 50K+ SKUs.
• Sourcing P&L exceeding $200M.
• Direct negotiation and restructuring of vendor payment terms at scale.
• Experience with vendor-managed inventory, consignment, or partner relationships.
• Experience with Taiwan/China sourcing, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Collaboration with Accounting, Tax, Legal, Finance, and HR on cross-functional initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own the transformation of collision business to a 3-turn working capital model.
• Bring Taiwan-origin container consolidation in-house while preserving carrier rate leverage.
• Develop and execute a plan to build sourcing capability in two geographies within 18 months.
