Job description

GrowthAssistant is looking for a Sourcing Coordinator. The role involves sourcing and engaging potential candidates worldwide, while scheduling interviews across multiple time zones and serving as the primary liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and department heads. Additionally, the role includes drafting job postings in the ATS, ensuring smooth communication, and following up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Salary Range: Up to 60,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Core Tasks

• Source and engage potential candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter for roles around the GLOBE/across all time zones
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between hiring managers and candidates around the GLOBE/across all time zones
• Act as primary liaison driving comms/updates between candidate(s), hiring managers and Department head
• Draft and post job openings in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Ensure smooth communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the process
• Ad hoc HR administrative and project-related tasks as/if needed - client to provide training (as required)

Must-Haves

• 2+ years experience as Sourcing Assistant/Coordinator
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience with an applicant tracking system like Greenhouse or similar
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, MS Teams)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Prior experience calendaring around the globe/across all time zones
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Highly motivated with a passion for recruiting and sourcing talent
• Ability to pivot, test and be creative to find and attract QUALITY candidates

Key Client Metrics

• Working 10-12 reqs at a time (50% sourcing, 50% admin/candidate logistics)
