Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect - Public Sector to lead as the primary technical architect for public sector implementations. This role designs integrations for federal cybersecurity technologies, develops reusable use cases for threat intelligence and automation, and advises on compliance and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in solution or security architecture for federal customers.
• Experience with government RFPs/RFIs.
• Active or eligible for a federal security clearance.
• 3+ years of direct security solution architecture experience.
• Strong knowledge of Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) and security frameworks.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect - Public Sector to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will serve as a strategic technical partner across public sector engagements, helping shape secure and effective solutions for government customers. The individual in this position will design integration approaches, develop reusable threat intelligence and automation use cases, and support customer-facing demonstrations that communicate value to both technical and executive audiences. The position also requires close collaboration with product and engineering teams to influence security capabilities and enable broader internal teams with best practices and technical assets.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $135,000 – $160,000 annually
