Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and evolution of enterprise solutions across Microsoft and Salesforce platforms. This role will translate business strategy into scalable, secure architectures and act as the technical authority across platform initiatives in a fast‑scaling environment.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in Solution Architecture or senior‑level technical design within complex enterprise environments.
• Deep experience across Microsoft ecosystems incl. Azure, M365, Dynamics, Power Platform and/or Salesforce architecture.
• Strong experience designing enterprise integrations incl. REST APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures, and data pipelines.
• Demonstrated ability to architect scalable, secure, multi‑system enterprise solutions.
• Experience supporting enterprise transformation or modernization initiatives.
• Understanding of cloud-native design principles and distributed systems.
• Ability to communicate architectural decisions clearly to executives and technical teams.
• Experience in governance-driven delivery environments andDevOps practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define end‑to‑end solution architectures across Microsoft and Salesforce ecosystems.
• Set architectural standards, patterns, and governance.
• Lead design sessions and produce architecture artifacts and integration blueprints.
• Design and oversee cross‑platform integrations and data synchronization models.
• Evaluate build vs. buy decisions and strategize scalable platform solutions.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to translate requirements into designs.
• Ensure security, compliance, performance, and maintainability of solutions.
• Provide technical oversight during implementation to keep alignment with architecture.
• Identify technical debt, scalability risks, and modernization opportunities.
• Support roadmap planning with forward‑looking architectural guidance.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, data, security, and application teams for ecosystem cohesion.
• Drive architectural reviews and participate in governance boards.
