Job summary

AspenView Technology Partners is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to own the design across a client’s Salesforce estate, balancing build, configure, buy, and integrate decisions. You will lead design authority sessions and ensure standards while guiding the delivery squad through data volumes, performance, and security considerations.

The role requires 8+ years in Salesforce, 3+ years designing multi-cloud solutions, and strong English communication with North American stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem with 3+ years designing multi-cloud solutions.
• Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configuration.
• Proficient in declarative automation (Flow, Flow Orchestration, Approvals).
• Experience with enterprise data migration and org consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Translate business capabilities into a Salesforce solution across Sales, Service, Data 360 and connected systems.
• Decide build versus configure versus buy versus integrate, and document why.
• Lead design authority sessions with senior client stakeholders.
• Establish and enforce declarative and code standards to prevent fragmentation.
• Break the design into deliverable increments for the squad to ship and oversee delivery.
