Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS seeks an EIS Associate Developer in Cartersville, GA to build and operate a data pipeline for the solar product manufacturing line and perform end-to-end analysis from data gathering to visualization.

You will extract data from multiple sources, develop ETL processes, and create visualizations for engineers and technicians, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, MIS or related field).
• 3+ years of experience as a data engineer or similar role.
• Experience with Oracle/SQL databases.
• Experience in web application tools (Java, Spring Boot, etc.).
• Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Define and extract a high volume of manufacturing data from multiple sources and integrate data into a target database, application, or file using efficient programming processes.
• Design and develop data visualizations to convey information to engineers and technicians.
• Develop and implement scripts for ETL process maintenance, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data quality and operational issues.
• Maintain existing data pipelines and implement visualization enhancement requests.
