Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in social media strategy, communications, or digital marketing for global brands.

Responsibilities

• Own prioritization, delivery, and performance of a comprehensive social portfolio across platforms with a deep understanding of algorithms and audience behavior.
• Design sophisticated paid/boosting frameworks to amplify Unity’s most important stories.
• Lead end-to-end social strategy for Unity’s executive leadership, shaping their digital voice.
• Collaborate with cross-functional peers to ensure social initiatives support company-wide projects.
• Identify and implement more efficient social workflows, reducing complexity and preventing blockers.
