Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or related discipline; leadership of global B2B programs.
• Proven ability to write, edit, publish, and optimize social content and lead executive thought leadership.
• Strong editorial judgment and experience in planning integrated editorial calendars.

• Develop and manage global social media strategy, editorial calendar, channel strategy, and budget.
• Lead the creation and execution of organic social content across topics including thought leadership and customer successes.
• Personally write, edit, publish, and optimize social content while directing broader programs and resources.
• Develop executive social media and thought leadership programs with senior leaders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify stories and campaigns for social amplification.
• Transform complex topics into clear, audience-relevant content across formats.
• Oversee social listening, analytics, and performance measurement.
• Manage agencies, freelancers, and external partners.
