You will scout formulas, manage supplier relations, brief labs, and collaborate on packaging, marketing, and go-to-market storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of cosmetic product development experience.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage product development from concept to production for Urban Decay complexion category.
• Coordinate with labs, suppliers and internal teams to meet quality, timelines and cost targets.
• Scout formulas and pack solutions via trade shows and supplier meetings.
• Lead briefing processes with suppliers and labs for new launches.
• Oversee go-to-market communications and packaging collaboration.
